Wirral Mind owns three luxury self-catered cottages located in the beautiful village of Carrog, Denbighshire in Wales.
These cottages help us to fund our vital services and enable us to continue supporting people in our community with mental health problems and learning disabilities. By staying with us at Carrog, you are helping to make sure that those experiencing poor mental health do not have to face it alone.
What cottages are available?
All of our cottages are ideal for fun filled family holidays, long relaxing weekends and even corporate events and team building weekends.
The Dairy
The Dairy is a good size stone-built barn conversion situated next to two other cottages.
The cottage may be suitable for accompanied wheelchair users as it is set all on the ground floor and features three double bedrooms (two of which have en-suite shower rooms), a separate bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, plus a large and spacious living room.
The Corn Store
The Corn Store is a stone-built barn conversion set alongside two other properties. The cottage has a traditional cottage feel and is set over two floors with exposed beams and white-washed stone walls.
The kitchen is spacious with many features including a butler sink and a dining table for six people. The comfortable sitting room has French doors leading to a decked area with views over the fields. An oak staircase leads up to the first floor with two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and a single bedroom.

The Mill House
The Mill House is an elegant Edwardian house which offers spacious and modern accommodation in a peaceful setting, close to the River Dee in North Wales.
The cottage offers flexible sleeping arrangements with four first floor bedrooms offering a variety of bed configurations, and a ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and a morning breakfast room, and a dining room which has a balcony leading to beautiful mature gardens.
The sitting room provides plenty of comfortable sofas to relax on where you can kick back and chat late into the evening.
